These terms apply when you browse this site or submit an order to our BlenderBottle store. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate account, billing, and delivery information.

Products, prices, and orders

Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes, and other displayed information may be corrected if an error is found. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel it when required by availability, security checks, payment authorization, or law.

Shipping

Processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Timing, address responsibilities, tracking, and delivery exceptions are described in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective new merchandise and accept exchange requests. Non-defective products must remain new, unused, and in original condition. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before mailing the item. A free prepaid return label is enclosed in the parcel for eligible approved returns, and no restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days, although financial institutions may take longer to post them. Site content and lawful rights

Do not interfere with the site, misuse its content, or violate intellectual-property or other applicable rights. Any lawful limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted, and non-excludable consumer protections remain available.
